Bone & Muscle problems

I having pain in my toe area from last five days.I took some medicine from chemist shop and also using crap bandage...but still whenever i take walk pain comes back...i didn't even get hurt in my toe ...plzz suggest...

I have been having right hip/buttock pain starting 3 weeks ago. 1 week ago my upper back (between shoulder blades) has felt like pins and needles. Starting today 3 of my left toes have a burning sensation. I recently had a cold, but has since cleared, but cough wont go away. I am 29 yrs old. Smoker. Not diabetic, i have routine labs done once a year due to family hx of diabetes, and thyroid issues. All my lab work is normal. I do have a history of psoriasis.

While, I was batting the cricket ball hit my right thumb and it got sandwiched between the bat handle and the ball. It bled for sometime and there is pain and swelling. I kept ice on it for a while.

I have a knot in back back on the rigt side right above my butt close to the spine that's like an inch an a half big an is causing me constant pain feeling from my butt on that side an above where tha knot is at by three inches . it's getting hard to get up an down . it's causing sharp pains up my back on that side an the knot just want seem to go away. I've went to the er about a month ago an they gave me muscle relaxers an that never seemed to help.

I have my right hand shoulder dislocate problem . So what should I do . Pls tell me

For me the bone region Below my right shoulder pains very badly since yesterday! I was very normal the pain just started all of a sudden. Its not muscular pain, I feel the pain is kind of a sprain or due to Gas. I thought I 'll be ok morning but now I feel my right hand is also slightly getting num. Pls help.

Having severe pain on the left side from back to leg in a straight line.Not able to even stand and walk for 10 steps due to pain.

Sir I fell down and my foot got twisted at night I went to a hospital. Dr told to take X ray and and according to reports I have muscle tear and Dr has put plaster to my leg and it's very uneasy moreover I stay alone.I want to takeoff this plaster I don't think for muscle tear plaster is needed.please suggest something
