Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having hip area pain for 2 days. I'm not sure what started it but everytime I touch it it hurts. My right side hurts more than left.

Constant pain in whole left legs, having pain in ankle and its below part of right leg also that part swelan.

I am 74 years old. I Fell in the slippery bathroom and myhand and shoulders hurt

I am having a body ache since last one week and no fever. I have consulted a doctor and he has suggested me to take vitamin B, D and E tablets. Please suggest.

My shoulder got subluxed for the 2nd time a few days back and I had do an mri. The mri report said that I have minimal gleno-humeral and subacromial effusion. What does it mean?

I've back Ache wen I bend or turn suddenly and in facing it since two months

I am facing neck and solder pain since 9 months. When I went to doctor he prescribed me some pain killers and muscle relaxing medicine. Today I went to another shoulder and he told to check for D-vitamin and the reading is 13. Is that only the reason for my problem or any thing else Please let me know and tell me some remedies.

5 days ago I got ankel sprain. Slipped in stairs. Left foot got twisted. That day i visit a public hospital.I was unable to stand on my feet. In the hospital i have to use wheel chair. Doctor told me to do x ray. I did it but bones are safe. He just told me to give ice there and wrap a good crap bandage and give a painkiller DURAPAIN. My pain is all gone in the next day but cant use my left leg for 2 days. Then i can walk slowly but whenever i tried to walk i feel pain in the ligaments. 5 days passed. The swelled portion is gradually reduced but still i cant walk. Could you please suggest me what should i do next ? I have admission in few days so i want to walk normally quickly. Please help me with this problem. Please

It started 11pm last night while I was at work. I am a caregiver. I don’t feel any numbness or tingling, just pain. Mostly when I’m bending down or bending down and reaching. I’m not sure what I need to do or what it really is.
