Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain in heels and feet since 3 weeks since I stood and walked for long hours.

I get a very bad knee pain when i try to get up from bed. I cannot bend my knee n when i try to straighten my leg after i get up i get a kut kut noise in my knee. I tried diff creams like Rumalaya , arth oil ,n tablets for vitamin D deficiency but still no help.  I also get cramps on my palms of both hands. My feet too burns n so cant walk much. Unable to climb stairs or climb down. This had been a month now.

I felt down from stool last year august then, i met with one ortho doctor ,he gave me some painkillers and some tablets, it was fine, past three months i cannot stand or walk for longtime, then i met a doctor again, had MRI scan, said like I have my ACL torn and has to be operated. I wan to have any other alternative ,really afraid of surgery and could you please help me with ur suggestions on this.

My father is suffering from frequent severe pain at joints (ancles, knees). Specialist say it's due to uric acid but even after low level of uric acid the pain continues. There is no cure yet even after taking appropriate medicines. Pls suggest.

I am cricket player and i have shoulder problem in rotation or moving.. there is kit kat sound also and there iis heavy pain while throwing the ball..

Sir, My ankle was twisted about one month ago So on that time I wear crap bandage because my ankle was swollen but after 2-3 week everything thing all fine I am walking properly. But some time my leg was bend occasionally I still Pain so i want ask what time the musle will recover and my leg bend it's was not pain again in there.??

I am male aged 35 yrs suffering with a sever pain in my left knee and lower leg. Unable to sit in toilet with Indian OT Pan. Feeling severe pain while bending the leg. This pain was started for last 2 days. Kindly suggest what to do in such heavy pain I am suffering from.

My father (aged 53) has been experiencing a constant tingling pain in the left lateral compartment of his thigh. The pain at first was distributed in the lateral side of whole left leg. But is now confined only to the lateral compartment of the thigh of left side. The pain is now for almost a week or two.

I've been running on and off for a couple of years now but for last few months I've started to get an acute pain on the lower right leg after a few kms of running. I'm assuming it is shin splint or fatigue fracture but not very sure. The pain is not constant and only happens when I do longer runs (i.e more than 2 kms).

I had a fall over the weekend and i've had pretty bad bruising come up on my hip, would this be something i should pop up the hospital for?
