Bone & Muscle problems

I have had a pain in my hand by my pinkie since 4 pm (it's almost 11 pm now) my hand is swollen and it hurts severely. my trainer for football just said check with me tomorrow. i don't know if it's my bone or a muscle or a jammed my finger bad? it hurts very bad

About 1 month ago i was met with accident with scooter at that time there was so much pain in my right shoulder i also examined to orthopedic and conduct XRAY everything fond good in report. now my shoulder is totally healed and normal no any kind of pain. Hi two weeks before i fell down from scooty while learning driving...had blood clots in many places which all got cured. But in right leg below knee and above ankle(near by the bone) there was a big blood clot which has not yet cured and is still paining. Can you pls give me a solution
