Can you pls help me with the remedy/medicine for plantar fasciitis? I have it since 3 weeks due to extensive walking. Now the pain is all the time even if im sitting.

I'm suffering from a strange kind of discomfort in my right knee. Whenever I sit on the floor with my legs crossed or my knee bent for a long time, when I stand back up, I can't put my weight on my right leg as it feels unstable. It only normalises after a while. This problem has been around for a few months.

My left forearm has been aching for the past two days, mainly on the left side on the arm. I'm also finding it tricky to completely close my ring and little finger towards my palm. I sometimes get pins and needles, also in my ring finger and little finger.

Hello, I have had my Patellar dislocated (Right leg) on 14th September while playing indoor cricket, as soon as I had a fall I have immediately moved it back to its position. 2 days later went for an x-ray (attached). Since entire knee areas had swelling, I was being adviced to put ice packs and complete bed rest which I am following regularly. Now it's 14 days since then, swelling is reduced but still there is little swelling on left side of knee area (inwards). I feel discomfort / muscle stress pull when I try to fold my leg after a certain angle. I just wanted to check how long it's gonna take for me to walk on my own? Any other advice. I haven't been for MRI (not prescribed), shall I go and get it one?

Suffering from a knee injury since Jan 2017... I took a rest for 4 months then again started playing football then got injured twice again once in June and again just a week ago. . And now it's looking worse

I cut myself on my left arm this year around June I cut it with blade and it won't heal it's steal there I'm scared do I have diabetes

Tamizhazhagan is my name.I have lower back pain in last 3 weeks.i have taken X-ray, it shows normal, then i proceed MRI scan, it results MILD BULGE in L4 L5 .The doctor given some medications and physio(Traction-IPT) for 10 days...But the pain had gone for two days and the pain comes again.

I slipped while carry all my diving equipment and fell on a rock on my left knee. I did an MRI and everything looked normal, except for a mild effusion. I keep feeling knee tension when i bend my knee and when i bare weight on it its veryy uncomfortable. Its like theres a pulling sensation on the very top center of my knee. What do i do? Does it go away on its own, or do i need to do something about it?
