Bone & Muscle problems

I started running after long time because of that I feel much pain on my knee bone and some part of my lower legs

My friend is due to undergo a surgery on Monday as he has fractured his knee and had been advised that he will need metal plates as well. The doc says imported plate I better than Indian made,is that so

My age is 63 n my weight is 101 i have knee pains iam unable to walk. Please help me

I am having pain in my right leg since three days I was removing my sport shoe one day my leg got twisted in gym my right leg one inch below my knee in the left side hurts when I move it

Symptoms looks like Ganglion Could you please what do we need to do There is no pain or I would say less Pain Do I need to go Surgery or with any Medicine or Injection it can prevent to increase.

My clavicle fractured along AC joint its been 11 week and calls formatted is less still there is a difference of about 2 mm between both end of clfractured clavicle bone. So money onwards I been adviced for physiotherapy. So would like to know is it safe to go for physiotherapy at this state Should I use s l ing till x ray shows bone has health properly. Will it health fully and would I be able to use my shoulder normally ever. How long more should I wait to bone heal normally.
