My FOOT is numb but hurts my calf hurts i can b on my feet all day in some pain but if i walk i have to stop cuz it hurts real bad and i get stiff neck m headaches somedays was pinched between 2 cars @30 years ago?

I was suffering from cervical soondylosis from last 2 months.. i took treatment.. now sometimes pain again comes.. so i wanted to ask that it will be good for me to join gym?

I was told there is fracture in atlas and axis Can c1 c2 fusion happen by itself or surgery is required for the same? No neurological problem or pain and numbness in any other body part. Only pain in neck currently.

Fever has reduced after visiting clinic ..But I had joint pain in hands ,legs and lower back pain..After 2 days pain in hands and legs got reduced ....But now I got severe joint pain at my lower back...Can't able to sleep ,sit or stand for long time...I have visited one more doctor he Gave injection but no use ...What shd I do ...To recover fast...What shd I do at home to reduce back pain.

My wife is having pain in her left knee from last two days. And there is swelling too. She doesn't remember any recent injury that might have caused it. What could be the reason? could it be due to exertion as there was kirtan in our home last weekend and she was continuously working in its arrangements. Her age is 29yrs
