Bone & Muscle problems

Flipped my leg and got an injury but it healed up no pain but little swelling is still there after 20, days,but no problem in walking.It is near the talus and calcaneus.

I have been having paln at the top of my foot for weeks now it hurts when I tiptoe and when I put pressure when I walk from my heel (which doesn't hurt) and to my toes that's where it hurts and when I wake up in the morning when I stretch out my toes and that really hurts. I have no swelling.

I have some problem in my left knee its pops when i walk and pain regularly

I am taking Litrate-CT since 10 days after taking I feel v.weak and my hands and legs r shivering.my eyes r itching.Pl suggest some other tablet.thankyou

I am suffering from muscle stiffness at the back since 2 days, took aceclo+para+chlorozoxone tablets. 70% recovered but still some pain is there.

It has been now 6 months post op my knee is feeling pretty good than before! But i feel it is still a bit instable! I talked to my surgeon he said its fine. Is it normal to feel a bit instable? He didn't adviced yet to start jogging nd running too. And does smoking weed twice a week or once a week will affect healing of my acl graft after 6 months or the outcomes of acl surgery will be affected

My mother has been suffering from arthritis for past 1year..and she couldn't work or walk properly...i also get the ANA test and the result is possitive . now doc advise me to get an appointment to a rheumatologist for a better treatment. Now what should i do help me plz .
