Moderate chronic tendinopathy of juxtamalleolar and inframalleolar peroneus longus tendon ; no tear. Mild tendinopathy of Achilles tendon; no tear

After arthroscopic surgery the stiches area got infection operated doctor is saying thread infection so need to re operate but, I took 2nd opinion, that doctor saying if puss come outside then it shld be operate now he given Dermacure ointment to put on infected area so I'm totally confused now what should I do please help me or suggest me the better ointment.Dermacure or povidone ointment which one to apply.

I had a minor leg fracture in June 2017 for which I consulted an Orthopedician. He suggested me to apply crape bandage for 1 Month. But its already 5 months passed I feel no comfort in walking. Kindly suggest any measures. I need to cure it maximum in a month.

I Have got hit on Knee before 2 yr. No fracture found by X ray examination. Doctor recommended some medicine and after that physiotherapy and done as per instructed . It is regularly pain in my left leg. In these days, it is more pain during walking and sudden jerk. Also it is impacting my second leg also. Pl advise.
