Continuous pain in both legs from thigh to toe..cluster of veins exist on joints...have varicose veins and arthritis...bones crackle while walking and stretching...pain in knees also while walking and bending

My wife aged 38 is hvng a pain in her right leg shin bone...she is also experiencing pain in her thighs..she does aerobics daily for half n hour but she has stopped her from last one week after the pain in her shin bone...her aerobic instructor advice d her to get her calcium and vitamin D level chod....pls suggest what we should do.looking forward for ur reply.thanks

I have gone through a Arthritis Screening test and reports have come with high level of Phosphorus(6.7 mg/dL). Sample type was Serum(SST) and test method was molybdate. Can you please suggest me precautions, symptoms and cause of phosphorus level.

I am 18 years old and i have been having pain in my left shoulder for more than a month now. It gets worse at night when i am lying on my bed and i find it difficult to go to sleep. The pain radiates from the front part of the shoulder to a little below the elbow and intensifies when moved. I have not had any type of injury in my shoulder and cannot understand what exactly is causing this. How can i reduce the pain? And what could be causing it?

Suffering with severe pain in my feet and heels . Is there any permanent solution for planter fascia? Every doctor suggests antiinflammatories for a week along with hot n cold soaks. I found they give temporary relief any suggestions or treatment for permanent solution of the problem. Pls help
