I have been taking anti TB drugs since last 10days but the back pain and joint pain is becoming unbearable each passing day. Is it because of the side effects of these drugs or there could be some other reason?

About a week ago, while i was at work, i noticed a strong and quick numbness in my left thumb joint. it only happenes when a specific spot in my thumb is disturbed. i had problems finding the spot, but now that i have i have noticed a small bump under the skin that you cant clearly see. whenever i touch this bump my whole thumb goes numb for about 1 second and then goes back to normal. cant find anything online so hopefully you can help!
