What kind of orthotics/supports can I wear while running to reduce gout pain? I want to wear it with shoes

Sir I want to know how much time it takes in full recovery. doctor have done POP also. There is a fracture at the base of 5th metacarpal.

I've been having pain and loosening of patellar tendon from few months. I got operated for same two year ago. Now i am having tendon loosening and pain . Summary post-operative" Left patellar tendon reconstruction done by using semitendinosus and auto graft from left leg f/b end to end repair patellar tendon using 2 achore suture and vicrul and augmentation by 'SS' wire.

Since last 2 weeks..whenever i woke up..my last two finger of either left hand or right hand feels nervness and..as i am student i am writing my exam paper contant 2-3 hr..but in 10-15 min..there is tiredness in my hand and palm and have to relex for 15-20 sec..

Since this happened I forward movement is so stressful and I can hardly climb staircase. Whenever I am walking I feel like falling down, I can hardly bend my knee too I also have discomfort at night.

I am under the given meds for calcium deficiency and consequential pain in joints, can i apply(massage) sesame oil on the joints to help the process. Please answer.

I slept last now got and suddenly woke up because of sudden shoulder and neck pain heavily.when I lie down it is paining severely can't sleep properly.

I woke up at 5 am a week ago in extreme pain in my right shoulder. it is constant and ibuprofen doesn't help.
