Bone & Muscle problems

Hi so i was playing basketball and i landed funky and my ankle popped and i can walk on it but it is extremely painful and it is very swollen.

Sciatica pain I am suffering from pain from my back to lower part of left leg continuously from 6 months. When i got up in the morning or when I stand up from chair in the office, I got severe pain. Age. 28 Height 170 cm and weight 82 kg I have no health problems except this problem. I don't take any other medicines. I dont have any allergy to any medicines. I got acidity problem sometimes. I don't drink or smoke. Sometimes i have constipation problem. No Drugs history. Sir, please guide me.

I have 8.5 uric acid level. what should i avoid eating and what all should i eat to lower it. Also should i take any medicines. i do experience a little pain in ankle sometimes

I am 27 year old men. I have experienced pain during knee bend. During walking also some problem is faced. The knee joint is swollen. Below knee joint some fluid is deposited which makes me uncomfortable. I have positive RA and negative ANA after blood test.

I hav problem of straight cervical. Now a days I hav pain in left arm.. I took physiotherapy for one week including traction, US... Much not much relief...nt took any medicine... Nt much pain in whole day but I face severe problem while lying on bed in night or early morning
