My uric acid level is 7.6.I m a 22 year male.my weight is 62 kg and height 179cms .is it dangerous????how to reduce the level of this

Recently playing in a men's basketball league I made an awkward pivot on my left ankle which resulted in a sharp pain from the back of my left ankle. I tried to run it off and could but the pain got progressively worse and I took myself out of the game. My chilies had been feeling sore the last couple of days but the pain was so sudden from the pivot that they felt unrelated. It is the next day and walking isn't too bad but once every few steps I get the same sharp pain from my ankle.

I have joint pain mostly in winter season. My uric acid is 6.5. tell me what should I do for forget this problem.

I've had this problem since 9 days ago. 4 days prior to that, I did a part time job as a promoter in an event for kids which required me to stand and squat (to play with kids) for 10 hours without sitting, and one day prior to the problem, I did a lot of prolonged squatting which caused me much more pain in my thighs and soles. In the morning of the incidence, I realized that I can flex downwards, but not extend upwards. I also have a tingling sensation on my big toe when bending my knee.

I have pain in the bottom of my feet , calves and back of thighs. also I have pain in knee.

* Comminuted displaced fractured in the anterior aspect of the heas of the radius and coronoid of the ulna. The larger fragmenent measures 13x8mm and 23x6mm respectively. *Chip fractured are also noted in the posterior aspects of the lateral and medial epicondyles. * Minimal hypodense collection is also noted in the anterior aspects of the elbow joint with surrounding soft tissue edema.

Does the use of voglo increases the risk of joint pains? I am using it since 6 months.
