Bone & Muscle problems

I heard a big crack in my foot after my run last week and I think I sprained the side on my foot, it was quite sore to walk on, the pain kept fading in and out which was strange. It's now been a week and it feels mostly better but yesterday I crossed my legs and felt a horrible pain (worse than my sprain) it was at the side of my ankle near the back of my foot, and it still hurts when I move a certain way. I also went on a run yesterday and I think that's made my sprain go worse.

My Mother has been facing Knee pain since 2-3 years , and swollen toes and legs also..

I have been having knee pain for last 4-5 days.I went to the doctor in lonavala itself.he said that I am having I problem called infrapatellar bursitis. Since I am about to be a seafarer so I need to know how serious this INFRAPATELLAR BURSITIS is? I'm just 24 so what could be the reason behind it? And what this the future aspects and prevention.

My right knee is in constant pain. Bending, walking, stairs - even turning in bed. The pain is in the upper part of the knee on the left hand side - above the cap.
