Bone & Muscle problems

Hello...my mom is 63 yrs old and she had knee pain,doctor of appolo hospital,ahmedabad had advised to knee replacement operation.but mom had diabitis type and suger level is from 180 to 220. h1bac is 8.5.please advise operation should do or not.

My midfoot is swollen and is paining mildly. I fell off walking the downhill.

Pain in my ankle when I do exercise,walk. It's 15 days after removal of my 2nd cast . But still it's paining. I can't walk properly.

My mother have been taking the medicine for Breast cancer for 5 years, Currently she is taking the Mamofen 20mg (Tamoxifen 20mg) now she is suffering from Osteoporosis Please advice what is to be done how it can be cured Is there is any effect from the medicine for breast cancer Mamofen 20mg (Tamoxifen 20mg) she is taking , how Osteoporosis can be cured and how we should control this

Been having this pain in my left shoulder for a few days now hurts when I lift things up or move it in a certain way.

I m 32 yr girl had fever and joint paints 2 month back and last 2 months I m suffering with lot of joint pain and weakness. Kindly suggest me treatment and precaution.

I was playing softball and a girl threw the ball at me and it tipped off my glove and on the top of my cheek bone. It has now been 6 hours and it is bruising and it is still swollen and it hurts with pressure added.

For a while, my ankle has ben making a crunch like sound whenever I point my left foot. I've only been concerned recently because it has gotten loud enough that I can sometimes hear it over the music in dance. There is no pain, no swelling, and my other foot is fine. Should i visit a doctor or an orthopedist? Did I just overwork my left foot?

My shoulders and middle to lower back keep on hurting whenever I am seated for a long time. When I carry heavy bags my shoulders and lower back tend to have pain.

I've been having minor ache on my breast then there something like a small stone inside, then my shoulder is aching as well when i squeeze it
