My sister age 17 and she suffering RHEUMATOID arthritis and not to walk and hand all joints are pain

I've been having this since yesterday morning after not having another capsule of metcort.

I am having knee since 5-6 years. I am 165 cm or 5.5 'height with 85 kg weight having belly fat.

I felt pain at my lower girdle at waist and it pain Sevier with jam due to pain my posture slightly bent at right hand side I saw it in mirror. And some time I felt redient pain in my left hand side leg with back pain with stiffness.

I have a bone pain problem in my right hand finger last 2 days ..........so i need a solution for that

My right hand is paining since morning i cannot hold pen even to wirte anything it is hurting a lot this is first time happened Before this on 24th oct i got hurt to my neck where cervical bulgings are present it took 4days to recover from pain by using voveron and razo d during this pain I can't even move my next to right side if i moved it causes pain I thought may be these both are related so iam just asking for suggestions of any medicine because i have exam tomorrow with this hand I cannot right exam prpoerly plz could give me some medication for pain relief after exm i will consult a doctor

The range given is 211-911 pg/ml and mine detected 229 pg/nl, is it low, should i start medication?
