I fell and hit my head about five days ago. My head and neck are hurting pretty bad. My head is hurting all over all the time not severe just hurting. Do I need to seek a physician? Thank you

Hi, i had sprained my shoulder some 7months back while throwing the ball while playing cricket. however it healed by itself and the pain had gone, now i can move my hand normally wheras i cannot lif my hand above my head. there is no swealling in my shoulder. please suggest if i would need a scan for that.

Hi sir, I am facing a problem to fold my right leg completely, when I am trying to fold it forcefully I am getting siviour pain. I am trying excercises to get relief but it still becoming worse. Hi Doc, I sparined my right wrist while playing leather ball cricket. I was advised rest n was asked to apply volini gel. After that day i havnt played or lifted any weights. But i continued with day to day work(riding,driving,using mouse) I even underwent Ultrasound theraphy n tk tablets prescb by ortho. Its been 3 months. X ray s normal. Pls advise.
