She has diagnosed previously with cervical spondylosis and severe joint pains. Now complaining of one side numbness and pain in knee joint

I have just got my checkup report, Vitamin D 25 - Hydroxy Serum is 24.78 nmol/L (Deficient). While Thyroid, B12, is in normal range. What advice can I get to improve my Vitamin D. Most often I use to have backpain, legpain and handpain if I lift something even if it's not too heavy. To to whom should I consult. And foods do eat & don't eat and any recommendations?

I have pain in my right shoulder, which goes down in my right arm and upward to the lower part of head. The pain is since last Friday. I have used hot water bag to reduce the pain, applied ointment and took medicines as well after consulting a doctor available at office. I am not able to look down for a long time because the neck starts paining. I have stopped using pillow as well. The pain sometimes comes down to back as well. While traveling by cab the pain increases.

Taking Febutaz 40 once daily for the last 2 months. Affected by multiple gout attacks. Pattern is one joint at a time & when its almost gone another joint gets affected. First big toe, then knee, then other knee, thumb, ankle & now again big toe. How to get rid of recurring attacks? I have long history of gout of over 14 yrs. but never suffered like this before. I am getting joint pain on left side of hip. I consulted with my physician and he told me that it might be muscular pain and given cream to rub and given flexon MR tablet (pain killer) also asked me to foment. I did all this but didn't get permanent relief. I also taken X ray report, but as per doctor x ray is normal. Pls suggest.
