Bone & Muscle problems

I've been suffering from noise of joints since last 5 years. I've never faced any problem but still my joints make noises :-( I want to know how can it be cured?

I feel a chronic knee pain since 2 years. I do remember 2 years back I met an minor accident.Did MRI scan on advice of orthopedic surgeon.He is recommending for operation.Kindly advice on this.

Cricket player. In dec'15, my shoulder had swollen up bcz of extra effort I put suddenly on my shoulder to improve my bowling speed... Improvement was surprising for that day but on next day, I could feel the swelling and I stopped practicing... And after that I started my practice again in jan'16 and I could see the emerge growth in my bowling speed but slowly along with the time, my shoulder strength was going week... I was not being able to throw the ball very well and I could feel the noise in shoulder movements and I used to stretch my shoulders a lot. But slowly slowly my throwing ability literally came to nil as I was not being able to do quick throw even for 10m distance and then I left the field in march'17 as doctor suggested me to do so. I planned to get back to field again in dec'17 as I started to strengthen my shoulders by lifting weights since sep but met with a small accident & my shoulder started paining again but the pain is different this time and I cant throw as wel

Corn on left foot which is painful..On walking it increases ..Has not subsided even after corn cap use

Hi, While playing badminton 10 days back, I got sprain in my ankle and applied Volini spray on it for last 10 days. Pain has reduced by not yet completely healed. Please suggest what should be done next.

My chiropractor has been telling me I had ribs out of place and then a week ago he told me my diaphragm is tense and out of place. Yet the pain has been terrible, I can’t even lay down in any position, sit, stand, breathe, eat or drink without a pain. This pain is 24/7 and is becoming a concern.
