What is the highest dosage of glucosamine I can take? I have osteoarthritis

I am 24 yrs old female, I am suffering from figure joint pain in early morning with some stiffness in joint from last two months. As winter temperature dips I am suffering with unbearable pain from last week. Please tell me the what will be the reason for same. Advice medical treatment for same.

The pain sets in when i over use my knee or sit for to long. if i over use my knee it will start giving out and the pain starts to travel down my leg sometimes up it and the same pretty much happens when i sit for to long. the pain also extends all throughout my knee.

I have pain and a swelling around my knee cap. This was after the gym 4 days ago. I have had a history of high uric acid as well. I've taken febustat and brufen over the last few days and there is no reduction in swelling. Please advise.

Pain in left waist bone. No accident or bumping into anything to cause pain in waist bone. Zerodol P. (Painkiller) and Ultra D 2k as prescribed gave relief for a few days. Now pain is back and prescribed medicines are no help. Found nothing wrong in X-ray. Please help.

I have high uric acid since 1 month with severe pain in my right ankle.i cant evn stand.i took medicine and uric acid goes down to 7.i got relief 95%.but there are still little pain in my right ankle during walking.thats why still m not walking properly.how much time it will take to heal completely.what investigation should i done in this condition? Is there any chance of joint damage?
