I have been having neck stiffness and shooting pain in neck on right side while movements..also constant neck muscle pain for 10 das now. Have been taking muscle relaxant and painkiller but only temporary relief..pain intensifies at night and early morning so much that now I am not able to sleep or concentrate on daily routine.

Hi last month my shoe lace stuck into the gears, and when I tried to reach my foot to the ground it didnt reached and I felled down. Bike was not moving fortunately. but when I felled my knee got twisted a bit. That day my knee was paining a lot. The pain existed for two days after that it was fine but later I am sensing minor pain sometimes when take longer walks. I am sensing near side of the knee. Although it is not so severe that I cant walk but I am scared that it will grow. Please help
