I hv been suffering from this pain since 10years..initially the pain n swelling was only in few joints..but slowly it has moved to almost all d joints of my limbs...i hv been taking pain killers to reduce the pain...the pain s too severe .

Can heel spur be cured permanently.i have mild.am breastfeeding delivered before 4 months.can apple cider vinegar cure deposit.need permanent solution

I am having back pain from past 3 years and now started keen pain as well. Has taken the treatment suggested by orthopedic doctor . There is no noticable issues in x ray and blood tests done earlier. Also i am doing back muscles strengthening exercises regularly. Recently i have done vitamin D test and the results shows as deficient ( 18 ng/ ml) . Could it be the reason for joint pains? . Also please advice me dosage of vitamin D suppliment and how many months should i use it
