Dear sir my right finger cut nail which doctor is good for me to heal my problem

34-year-old doctor and self-taught guitarist. I’ve been playing guitar since I was 19. My problem started one year ago after intense exercise: the aforementioned fingers began having the tendency to stay too low, with the risk to stop the string (and the note) pressed by the middle finger when I play scales. Ultrasound negative. Self-clinical evaluation: carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome, epicondilitis and focal dystonia seem unlikely. No paresthesia: only light pain near the elbow after usage.

I have suffered from severe lower back pain on the middle of the back, both thigh & heel pain since 2011. Recently I have also pain on the right knee & right shoulder. I have done exercises & take medicines but not cured. My MRI report impression are - - " Desiccation and central bulge / protrusion of L5 - SI disc causing thecal sac compression and mild bilateral foraminal encroachment". Now I have unexplainable pain. Kindly help me by giving a valuable suggestion.

Hi, My knee got injured 5 months ago, mainly due to weights lifting. I got an X-Ray done and it didn't show anything, so after I proceed to get a MRI where it says that it may be a 'lateral meniscal tear. Minimal knee effusion'. Should I be careful to go back to training with weights and running? Should I follow some sort of treatment? Thanks

So I was at the gym doing a incline dumbbell press and while on my last report once I finished I was getting up with the weights where I heard a cracking sound and the next day I feel some pain

I can be bearing weight, standing, walking, or even relaxing, & I am experiencing burning pain in my large toe on the side of the joint. I am experiencing intense burning sensations & pain no matt what I do, however, it comes & goes. The area is misshapen compared to my other large toe- rather than a rounded joint, it’s “sharp.” I cannot stand on my toes & I cannot bend my toe back as far as it’s counterpart; I’d say it’s 1/4 - 1/2 inch from the other.

I have been suffering from pain in my heel and plantar fascia for quiet long time.

I enrolled myself in a circuit training. During my first three days i had body aches. I know its normal but my knees is still in pain. I cant bend it and when i hace long walks it feels tiring and it hurts a lot. I want to ask what could be the problem?
