I have suffer from brone pain problem of lower portion of body,how will get relife from this problem

I ve been suffering this from many month. Whenever i walk or run in plane or rough surface my ankle bends and gets twisted and i get unable to walk. I want to know why it happens... even for this i left my dance. I m unable to handle it coz i suffer it often. Can i know why? And whats the remedy for it?

My experience knee joint pain..as per reports osteoarthritis it's showing ..very difficult to walk

I am 18 years old and i have been having pain in my left shoulder for more than a month now. It gets worse at night when i am lying on my bed and i find it difficult to go to sleep. The pain radiates from the front part of the shoulder to a little below the elbow and intensifies when moved. I have not had any type of injury in my shoulder and cannot understand what exactly is causing this. How can i reduce the pain? And what could be causing it?

Suffering with severe pain in my feet and heels . Is there any permanent solution for planter fascia? Every doctor suggests antiinflammatories for a week along with hot n cold soaks. I found they give temporary relief any suggestions or treatment for permanent solution of the problem. Pls help

I am a thyroid patient over 120 kgs of weight due to which i dont have strength to do any work or walk even. I am always tired. Should i take potassium and magnesium,b1 and b5 supplements along with b12,d3 .

I am having constant pain in my right leg, from upper part of hip, back and side of my thighs, calf muscles, ankle and it runs down till the toes. My toes are going numb. I find it very difficult to sit or to stand up, as it gives out a very sharp pain on my hip joint and thighs. Bending my back also gives a lot of pain. I cannot sleep on my right side. My weight is 75 Kgs and height is 176 cm.

Sir/Madam: My mother has undergone a Laminctomy and discectomy in prone position operation at Dispur Hospital, Guwahati. She was discharged on 21:09:17 and advised for a months rest but no improvement seems visible and has been bed ridden till date. Prescribed medicine were Ciaran 500mg,enzomac forte, gabapin 100mg,pantocid 40mg,wysolone10mg, oxetol 150mg, gabator NT.Review for Neurosurgery OPD was suggested after a month, which was done. There seems no improvement instead its worsening
