Severe back pain
I've had back pain for atleast 1 year now, I've seen a doctor about it all they said was to excercise. Through the head of having the back pain my posture has became worse, it seems like I have a hunchback or a curved spine? Pain relief doesn't help nor does a massage. It feels like I have to click my back all the time. It's getting worse, the pain is all over.

Back pain can be due to several reasons, one of reason is u hve correctly mentioned that is posture. Posture plays very important role in maintaining your healthy spine. Clicks and massage does worsen in some cases. Very important for you is to maintain posture, break your posture and definitely excercise. Core excercises will be very helpful to maintain your spine.. 30% of weight is carried by your spine and 70% by your muscles, hence it's very essential to build up your muscles. (continue excercises for 6 weeks as this is the minimum time required for your core muscles to build up)
