I live in Nizampet village, Hyderabad.
I had Bankart lesion repair in 2015. For past 2 years I have been working in TCS, Adibatla.
For past 4 months, I am getting seviour back pain and shoulder pain which got operated.
Daily I travel 150 km incl up and down and it takes 5 hrs.
Is the travel affecting my back and shoulder?
