Cycling preferred during lower back pain ?,...................................

Dear sir.. I having heavy back pain about one week. Dr adviced to take xray for LS and found that L2, L3 - Osteophytes and L4,L5 are instability , is it curable? Kindly advice on it..

My mother neck has depreciated, she is 47 years old. We had consulted neurologist for this whether we have to consult a orthopadecian. My mother is severe neck pain, headache, and she is saying that she is feeling some worms moving inside her skull. Recently three months before she started loosing touch sense on her fingers, her entire body got spread this. She is having shivering inside her body, she is not able to sleep also. And also she is having gastric problem also

Hi Doctor, I am a Male, 35 Years, 89Kg, 5'10" . I am feeling pain in my spine in the lower side. Little above from the lower back. The pain is centered at one bone of my spine. Its increasing day by day. I feel it when I drive my bike for 15-20 min or when i am siting on my bed or when I am standing up. I am not having pain in my lower or upper back. This is different. Doing oil massage daily. Please suggest the possible cause and its remedy.

My mother has been suffering from left leg knee pain from 2-3 months, pain get worsens if she bends her knee and sits for around 30 min or more. We consulted few doctors but none gave fruitful result. XRay was done and doctor suggested for knee replacement as bone has become weak, while other doctor suggested physiotherapy is remedy. I faced an accident. MRI report shows complete or full thickness tear of middle one third of ACL is seen. (GRADE-III mid ACL tear). Fascicles of middle one-third of ACL is not visualized. Partial tear of PCL is noted.

Had a fatal accident last year...but now suddenly started to pain ..there is a cracking sound and swelling near knee and knee cap areas and pains a lot..have tried X Ray,not working .so kindly recommend type of Scan required
