Ankle sprain
I sprained my right feet ankle like 5 months ago.. and it still hasnt been healed. The doctor said i dont have to plaster my ankle. And yes he gave me some medicines and it still hurts.. when i try to play football...but the pain has reduced alot.. now only upper part of the ankle hurts..the mid of the ankle... 2 months before my left ankle sprained and still hurts... but only left side of the ankle... Will i be able to play a tournament in february? Will it heal?
