Bone & Muscle problems

My son was assaulted during school hours and on school property on Nov 2nd 2017. He was striked and stabbed at the head. The attacker also leaned heavily on him. He has sustained head and neck, left ear and shoulder injuries. He's has difficulty sleeping and getting up. He has been experiencing headaches and memory loss. He has trouble eating and breathing. We visited our family doctor and hospital. He was healthy before the incident. Please give a detailed report.

I have been recently diagnosed with mild thoracic dextroscoliosis. It explained a lot of symptoms that I have experienced since I was in my early teens (concavity of my left chest, etc). I am 31-year-old male by the way. My query is regarding the diet. I have read online that coffee, among others, is one food that I have to avoid. My question is, do I have to totally avoid it as I am kind of a coffee-loving person? Also, can I compensate by increasing my calcium intake? Thanks!

So i wrestle normally and sometimes my feet and toes hurt after going hard for a while which makes sense. However, hours after practice I was sitting in my bed and my right pointer toe randomly begins to tingle and then hurt immensely. It would constantly move next to my third toe, and whenever i pushed on the top and ball of my foot it would hurt anymore. Did my toe fall asleep? Was it a result of wrestling? Please help me figure out, thanks!

NOT YET DONE AFTER 15 DAYS DR SAID TO VISIT I DONT WANT TO GO FOR SURGERY BUT IF POSSIBLE I WANT TO HEAL NATURALLY LET IT TAKE TIME 6 MONTH I CAN CARE BUT WHY IT NOT HEALING NATURALLY .SOME TOLD DONT DO SURGERY SOME SAYING HAVE TO GO FOR SURGERY IF NOT HEALED IS THERE ANY WAY TO NATURAL HEAL COZ OF BLOOD CIRCULATION NOT FLOWING AFTER PLASTER OPEN.
