My arm got dislocated at the age of 12. and that time i was in village so it did not got fixed properly.there is no pain but it looks so wiered. Can we refix that to the exact location

My sis has been practicing Karate and then in practice of a submission move her left knee made a light pop sound. She has little instability in her inner side of that knee, there is a very little pain and swelling. But she is able to bear weight on single leg and can walk. While walking little pain in bending. Slightly instable on inner side of left knee... What is it?
