I have fallen from bike before 10 days and got a knee injury. I had consulted 3 doctors and dressed up my wound. But its not healing and now it got infection. Now one doctor wrote me NADOXIN CREAM for the wound. Is it safe to use that cream on open Wound?

Just parallel to my shoulder I have 2 bulging disc.When I move my hand from back till my neck I am able to notice 2 disc separate from the rest of my spine. PLEASE doctor advice me what to do.Also tell me if I can prevent surgery and correct the problem.

I accidentally hit my arm off a metal casing to an elevator and noticed it instantly started to bruise underneath the skin, I didn’t think much of it. I noticed there was pain from it but I figured I had just bruised it. Since then roughly 2 hours later, I noticed a lump where I hit it and it’s red and hurts to turn my arm, raise it, or make a fist with my hand. I cannot turn my arm completely flat without radiating pain. The pain is very generalized to where I hit my arm. Do i go to the doctor?
