About a month ago I had injured myself weightlifting. When the injury occurred there was a loud pop in my shoulder, and it hurt pretty badly for the rest of the day. I decided to wait and see if it got better, but it did not it was always achy. It also gets worse when I sleep on it, or do physical activities with it. In the past week it has also gotten significantly worse, and I believe it is from lifting and playing catch with a football. Should I go to the doctor to get it checked out?

As I look for a solution online there are two types of exercising and they are like opposite one is told you to make your back more hunched and then move back up and one exercise is told you to tight your back on the wall can I know please which one is the right form of exercise?
