Bone & Muscle problems

I’ve got accident on 18th of November 2017 in which a small car wheel was run over my foot so my foot ligaments were ruptured and a small hair line fracture was found after x-ray examination according to the doctor.. my leg and foot swelled so much that time so Doctor did a temperary plaster.. and asked me to wait for a permanent plaster.. untill foot became normal.. on 26th of November he did a plaster on my whole leg.. everything is good till now even m recovering better then before..

Having a Back and Neck pain for more than a year and MRI scan revealed as L4/L5 disc level narrowing the spinal canal and slightly compressing thecal sac and muscle spasm in neck region. I’m 14 years old & a female, I’ve been having aching in every single part of my body every single day & night and the pain never goes away, my muscles sometimes feel sore but not much, my gums bleed sometimes when I brush my teeth but it might just be the bristles on my toothbrush, my parents think it’s just growing pains I’m having but idk I thought growing pains go away in the morning. this has been going on for like 5 months maybe?
