Bone & Muscle problems

Sir , I am 32 years old woman ,6 years ago I fall down upon stairs and feel some pain in lower back position. And after one year of the same I suddenly felt a serve pain in my lower back and unable to move for few days.since 2010 the pain was move around my leg,knee,thigh , hip and lower back rapidly .presently I diagnosed with HLA B 27 + ,injection remicade 300mg received 5 times but no relief.please suggest me what should I do?

I've always have had arm problems and i am worried that it has progressed to something much worse like osteosarcoma.

I have suffered from spondylosis medication still on But I have suffered from too many continues pain ache in all over the body. My mood  become not to take those medication. What exercises would you suggest to relief me?
