Constant shoulder pain
I have mild shoulder pain from an year and went through mri scan.The report shows that there is a PARTIAL TEAR OF SUPRASPINATUS TENDON WITH SUBACROMIAL IMPINGEMENT.Please can anyone suggest what to do next.I practice doing exercises,but the pain is becoming worse

This is rotator cuff tendinitis. Need exercises and maybe an intra-articular injection.
