Ankle problems
I fractured my foot 9 years ago and it never healed properly ive been in and our of a n e for the oast 9 years with it being extremley swollen and ive been in alot of pain it wasnt until a few months ago that a doctor finally said i have a torn carteidge in my ankle he refered me to physio but still not any better and in alot of pain
