Finger joints are aching with swelling
Some days my right hand fingers has swelling n pains a lot...n some days left hand fingers pain a lot... Due to this I'm not able to sleep in the night

Avoid computer work. Do hot fermentation and gentle massage if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days
