Bone & Muscle problems

I had bimalleolar fracture in February 2023. I had surgery and a plate with 5 screws and 2 additional screws were placed. If I remove it after 2 years will it cause issue due to bone overgrowth over implant?

I am Taking wysolone 10mg corticosteroid daily once in morning 3 years continuing . So for Support iam taking Shelcal XT so that is enough for taking steroid

Hi Doctors, I am having wrist pain and due to that pain the movements are restricted. And sometimes cant hold and lift a bottle of water too without pain. Doctor assessed it as TFCC injury. How much time it takes to recover. Is Surgery needed for this?

My 4 month old baby have bilateral clubfoot. The one foot is corrected by massage only and another is still little twisted.so my question is Is it still possible to treat it by ponseti method Or is it too late.do I need surgery?

I did a dxa bone densitometry test and T score is -2 for AS spine And -2.5 for dual femur neck left , right , total left ,right What should I do ?? Which doctor should I consult ? Is it dangerous? Can I lead a normal life ?

Today morning my husband suddenly felt like a pain near groin area that felt like a muscle pull.. and he tried to do some stretches ... after that the pain radiated to his lower back as well.. no he is feeling the discomfort from groin to back. What can we do? Suggestions ?

I am undergoing a physical training in an academy, where I have to run continuously 4 rounds (1 round is 400m). Issue is with me that I want to run more but due to shin pain , I can't run after few metres. What I do then , I stop , run and then stop. Even if I am not tired, I have to stop because of shin pain;  my shoes and way of running are all good I want to get rid of this pain, it's not like that I am running after so long, it has been three weeks and earlier also I observed that shin pain is the biggest obstacle in my continuous running. I have tried few remedies also but it didn't work, so I want a good treatment for same. Plz help me as it affects my running every time. Even if I have been running for long, that pain still affects me, it does not go away.

Hi Doctor, I had heel bone pain in both legs for the past 2 years. I took an injection from pain clinics but it only works for 3-4 months max. If any pain killer tablets work for a day. My daily activities are slowing down due to heel bone pain.Any solution will be appreciated.Thanks
