Bone & Muscle problems

From 10 months having multiple joint pain including right knee, lower bak with stiffness, shoulders pain on and off, upper back strong burning with pain, heel pain on and off, hip pain. Joint makes noise also noise at the back side.Fatigue, vitamin d is 29.8. , ESR 74, ANA 1:100, throat pain while swallowing and has to give pressure while swallowing. Makes some noise too.  Also Some noise from right ear....No Strength in body, sometimes stiffness in fingers and toes too.. what it is exactly.. to whom I should consult

From last 2 year I am suffering low back and buttock pain, buttock pain patterns changes, and below knee joints also, I have done MRI of si joints and pelvic in 2022, that was quite normal, bone scintigraphy was normal, hla-b27 neg, esr crp always normal, Ra anti CCP, ANA, ENA PROFILE normal, I want to know should I repeat the mri,. Mri could miss any early disease?

Hello sir i am feeling discomfirt in lower back and leg pain from hip to toe I am taking madecin etricoxib 90 mg That pricribe from a gov doctor of ajmer He gave me this medicin as 90 mg once in a day But no result But if i take 90 mg tablte 3 times in a day it relex me 70% I want to know is there any treatment that can cure this pain permanently I am atteching my mri scan with this
