Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from neck pain from last 7 months which is resisting to my arms ,have taken enough pain killers but pain is not going attaching MRI report done Kindly suggest what should I do?is it something serious

Feeling lower back pain during forward bending for last one month  visited a local doctor and he gave me the medicines like neurokind lc , lumia 60k and tolagin 4. Also a Xray of L/S spine ap and lateral..I have done the xray and report says mild indentation of lower end plate of l4 and l5 What does it mean?? Iam attaching my x ray report... Kindly suggest me some medicine.

Hi, I am working as an IT professional. I have a dull pain on my  back , so I took an MRI scan and the result is as below Mild degenerative disc disease at L3-L4 What does this means and is it serious? Does it require surgery? What can be done to prevent this from progressing further? Also would like to know if wearing a spinal belt/ posture correction belt while working is advisable?? Thanks

When am standing the pain is there behind the knee cap..around the knee joints ..behind the knee.. overall even above the knee cap..when I sit on the floor n try to squat ..knees have suddenly started to pain.. sometimes when m sitting on the chair it feels something is pulling the knee cap up..and leg is not relaxed is it tight thigh muscles? Do I have ostheoarthritis? Or chondromalacia patella? Or sprained knee? Been a month..still pain.. Now despite mild pain have started to workout slowly ..I do cycling..regular leg machines..should I take more rest or continue to workout? Is anything wrong with my left knee? Since X-ray shows less spacing near patella? Can i continue to do normal activities once the pain is gone..such as driving yoga running around with the kids..?! M 33 female 2 kids highly active recently gained 5kgs..

Dear Doctors, I have been experiencing Pain in Acromion part of shoulder. It suspect that it pains after lifting weights that used shoulder. It pains once in 2-3 months but the pain is terrible. I suspect the cause can be an old injury caused in Gym due to improper technique, but the again that was very old like before an year, but the pain still triggers sometimes.
