Bone & Muscle problems

Its been a month my left wrist joint ( I guess radiocarpal joint ) has been under pain . One month ago pressure had been created at that joint due to a minor accident where i held my scooty with 1 hand to control the fall due to this my left wrist was twisted a bit .I was in extreme pain for 2 days and there was no swelling  .Primarily i tried ancient immobilizilation technique where the area under pain is massaged and tied properly. But pain hasn't come down .so i went to hospital i am attaching my xray with this .doctor explained there might be a sprain or slight ligament tear and hair line fracture. Its been a month still i cant twist my wrist .when i do there is pain in the joint. I am attaching a google based picture plotted area is under the pain when i twist my wrist. Right now i am under prescribed medication and using wrist brace for support. Kindly suggest me what to do now..How long will it take to completely cure ? What measures do i have to take other than this ?

I have been suffering from sytecia nerve pain moderately from 10 years. Can i ride bycycle 15 to 20 minutes every day?

I am 33 year old male, 2 weeks ago was continuously sitting and working. After which I started feeling mild consistent numbness in my right buttock and right leg (below the knee). Now after two weeks numbness comes in buttock on and off and I am feeling burning sensation in the lower back with stiffness. Got an mri which is attached. Please suggest what I can do.

Hi sir/mam, I'm undergone the 2nd c section for my 2nd baby delivery 7  Month back.from past 1 month my left side arm is getting sudden pain n during night it pains a lot.now right hand &left hand wrist is also painful then n there.Some times body pains also.i m taking calcium tablets n breastfeeding.while I m driving 2 wheler I m getting multiple times pain, unable to hold my baby for 2 min on left hand side n not even mobile.i under gone full body checkup,no diabetic,but low protein,kindly suggest me why is happening like this.

Sir,mam, my finger cut in fan, after the surgeon treat me ,to do pin surgery completed three weeks,but the pain is not cure ,still pin is there in my hand ,can we expect recover my pain after remove the pin?please say advise and answer

I got an office chair for working from home. Recently I've started feeling strain in my knees whenever I sit on it, even though I've adjusted it as low as possible (refer image). I've had mild knee pain in the past when I used to run. What could be the reason - the chair position or some underlying condition, or both? I tested negative for arthritis a few months back.
