I have been advised to take neorelax mr tablet for my lower back pain, I am currently breastfeeding. Can i take this medicine? If i take, how long should I avoid breastfeeding?

I am currently in lactation stage. I have been advised to take aceforce mr for my back pain. It is not available. Please advise another alternative medicine.

My son is 13 years old and going through puberty right now ...I got his left wrist X-ray done last month to see if his growth plates are open or not but I am unable to make out from the X-ray ...I am attaching the pic of his X-ray ...so plz advise if his growth plates are open or not and how much more growth is left for him height wise as per his X-ray

I am Feeling dizziness, lightheadness while walking, and some weakness in legs. Neck is also heavy. Xray of cervical spine shows- Straightening of cervical spine likely due to para spinal muscle spasm with mild reduced space between C7 and T1.
