Lower back pain
Severe lower back pain all of sudden Hi.25M here.I’ve developed slight lower back pain after working out all of a sudden.I’ve ignored it and carried with my regular activities for 3 weeks or so.The pain was still there but it was bearable. But suddenly today after i woke up,I couldn’t get out of the bed due to pain.It was very sharp. Also, i feel like there's some pressure building up in my lower abdomen and groin.Could someone help me out what to do next ? I did some research online and it looks like a disc bulge.I could also be wrong. Can someone help me out abt what to do next ?
