Since last 2-3 months experiencing pain in thumb but no clue why and motion of thumb is affected due to that, can it be due to uric acis increment or any other reason? please help.

Dear doctors, I had a small accident and on xray there is a small crack visible on attached xray. The doctor gave me some medicines for pain and swelling along with calcium and VitD shots. Also, to avoid straightening of the leg, a brace has been put for a month. Can someone confirm if this would fix my crack?

I am a HR professional, staying in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Recently for the last few months, I have been suffering from back pain. At the initial phase it was just a normal pain but then recently just before 3 weeks my lumber spine portion started feeling heavy. I started feeling uneasy to sit for a longer time. My right side of my hips started hurting gradually. I feel the pain of getting sudden shock on my hips if I try to move in bed while laying, just like electric shock.
