Bone & Muscle problems

She is suffering from frozen shoulder. Quote painful. Sometime cannot movie her hand  or lift any item. . Has consulted orthopaefic doctor but not much relief. Kindly advise.

Hey doctor, I am suffering from bone and joints pain since 2 yrs. I did my vitamin d levels it came 13 ng/ml. My doctor advised me vitamin d capsule once a week but no difference in my health. After that for better absorption I took Vitamin d 6lac IU injections but still my levels are low. What is the problem? Why vitamin d is not absorbing in my body?

Hi doctor I feel that their is a clicking sound whenever I straight my arm but their is no pain after orif of radius and ulna,below I attached xray 3 months after surgery please check.

I have acl grade 1 in one knee(right)so I am wearing knee brace in that leg..but since few days my other knee started paining..just at the middle of knee there is a kind of burning sensation..if I stop wearing knee brace on the right knee ,left knee feels alright ..but again I feel i would get better if i wear knee brace atleast for another 2 weeks  bcz I feel the acl sprain is just  getting better (ps- I am wearing the knee brace since last 2 weeks) What should I do?..Please help
