Hi , I had displaced patella fracture at aug2023 and until March 2024 had stiffness and range of movement is less and informed doctor. They removed the K wire in knee and now again my leg is more stiff and not able to proceed bending knee and the flexibility is not there. What should I do to recover from this condition? How long will it take for me to walk normally and to achieve flexibility as like my other leg l. Thanks.

I happen to jump from a 3 ft wall and probably got a jerk on my hip. But nothing happened that time. Later in the night while sleeping, my leg started to pain alot. I applied some ointment and got some relief. Again next night it started paining. I'm able to walk or perform normal activities but, its paining slightly. Whom do I consult? Orthopaedic or Neurologist ?

Hello,I had pain in left heel and upon checking with ortho doctor they confirmed its planter fascities on my left leg ... However it's been 2 days now I have pricking pain on another feet ( feels like there is a cut through blade ) whenever I place leg on hard surface. .. Uric acid level is 6.7 and I am doing all the exercises given by doctor and please confirm what should be done on other leg which has this pricks.
