Sir I feel very painful past 3 days back bone center of the spine the pain passes though the under rib and making heavy pain though the center of the chest,while sleeping I can't breathe properly what can I do please reply I go to near the hospital they said it is muscle Crack they give me a medicine and take that medicine and after it is get more pain and I give hot pack massage and then also it is not working it get over pain please reply me sir it is very painful than yesterday.
