Bone & Muscle problems

Hello there, I have been feeling weakness in both of the legs for a while now, even while standing up, I need to grab something to stand up in general and even in general physical activities like running fast that I can't do. I consulted one of my family physician, He prescribed me Shelcal 500 and Nervup OD for 3 months one tablet daily and D3 once a week. I have been taking this for last one month, but then too I can't feel much of a difference. Help me

Hello Doctor. I have been suffering from pain in the back of my right knee for a month. It hurts when I get up especially from the squat position. But I have no pain at all while walking, running and performing yoga. I have also noticed little swelling on the back calf muscle. And also suffering from lower back pain. Can you please suggest me what could be the problem? and which specialist to consult??

I am 20 years old currently, my height is 5'2. I want to increase my height. Is there any solution? I am ready to take a course of medicines.

In recent days im getting pain started in my neck and shoulder and pass to the arm till my fingers. This happens when i wash dishes/ carry something with my right arm. Only right arm left arm is fine. I feel week fingers . After i woke in morning my fingers are swelling i could close and open freely. Everyday and night i feel i am getting worse. Every nerve in my arm is paining. Is it normal or severe disease??

Dear sir/madam Is that post ACL surgery infection persisted up to 1.5 years. Why I am asking is I am feeling the same as before acl surgery. Earlier my surgery time wound not healed upto 2 months but not observed fever and just used antibiotics and not done any Graft removal. If there are any damages due to infection in knee shown in mri scan.

Lumbar spondilytis and disc bulging with annular tear and having pain around lumbar could not able to bend forward

Dear Sir/Madam, 1 month back (26-Apr-24) when I was coming down through stair case, I got slipped and my left ankle got twisted, then I went ER and there doc didn't diagnose anything xray and given crepe bandage and pain killer for 1 week and advised to take 1 week rest. I followed it and then I started my daily activities after again pain triggered, observed mild swelling on mid food around arch area , doc told it would have been sprain, I continued my daily activities till 15-May-24 still swelling and pain wasnt subsided. then i took MRI. In MRI it has been noticed hairline fracture on navicular and little on talus. I went to 2nd doc on 25-May-24, and asked an advice what should be done, suggested that casting will not be helpful after 1 month. Suggested for 4 weeks non weight Bearing and Ankle brace will help with calcium supplement. My doubt in general how long it will take to heal hairline crack ? I read circulation will be poor for navicular in that case what should be taken

Hello doctors.. I got cesarean 2 years back. I suffered from back pain every day from 5 to 6 months.. I consulted doctor. He examined. I could raised my legs either left nor right.. But i cant raise both legs at a time. So doctor told that bones are weak.. So they suggest calcium, vitamin tablets and suchests..

I have right arm weak ness from 7 8 months some months it gon away not it came back again i have throsic disc fusion naturally and mild stenosis and disc bulge at d11 d 12 could that be a region of this what to do
