Left knee pain
But the xray shows normal then how it is related to arthritis? Because my left knee is paining very bad and i am on a knee cap support for now

U don’t have to rely on the xray report Take some medication and exercise

Information shared by you looks insufficient to diagnose your ailment.But looking at your age and you feel better with knee support it's quite likely that you may be having some internal soft tissue injury where x ray will be normal.Ideally please consult nearest orthopaedic surgeon to diagnose it correctly.
