My doctor suggested x ray guided ozone injection for low back pain. How well does it work for back pain. I'm having mild disc bulge at l5 s1.

For spine surgery i am asking doctor telling here online endoscopic surgery is safe in expert hand...now how can i know who is expert or not, how can i get to know who is expert in this..

I am attaching a MRI report of lumber spine with detailed report. Kindly advise on it and next line of treatment. How good or bad is the MRI report. She has a lot of pain in the lower back, bums and thighs. Is bed rest needed. If yes, then for how many days ? The pain has worsened since it started 14 days ago and she is on painkillers since then. She is not diabetic. Before all this pain, she moved around on her own with the help of a walker. Now resting on bed since past 3 days. Please advise. Thanks

It always looks black Color at bottom of my foot and felt difficult to walk. I got fungal in right big toe and few nails look like dead.
