Bone & Muscle problems

Whenever I lay flat on my back in the floor, my lower back hurts really bad to where I can't breathe and have to get up. I was wondering how to fix this problem.

I'm 25 years old, I frequently get neck pain. From the time I started neck exercises I started to feel better. Unfortunately I skipped the exercises from the past 1 months. Recently my neck started aching, its high in the morning times and slowly reduces as time passes. I'm not using any medication currently. Can anyone please suggest on how I can proceed further ?

Several times just swollen at toe . Is this problem due to uric acid increase in body . When this happens unbearable pain in effected portion . If due to this increase of uric acid then please suggest me what precautions must be taken . I also used aciloc 150 mg.

There is a pain in my feet if i stand for 5mins and it's increases with time and there is pain in my lower legs even in rest position. And there was no accident history with me. Thanks for your assistance

Gap in lower back bone . So what us the basic exercise for it . As per my x ray report it shows gap in it.

Sir, I am suffering with a pinned and injecting feeling in my upper thigh muscle at back. When touch at location i am getting pain as if some one is injecting me. Today the became very severe. I am also having pain from hip joint to knees. This muscle pain pain is severe. Kindly advice.

Lot of pain in feet especially in the mid part of the feet and the heels. Sometimes pain is so much that walking or keeping the foot on the ground is difficult or impossible. Sometimes leg gets swollen near the joints. Please suggest
