I am Divyesh, 23 yr male and have been having pain in lower back and in the buttocks. Upon x-ray of lumbar spine, it was diagnosed as There is diminished disc space at l5/s1 with sacralization of l5 Vertebral appendages are outlined There is loss of normal lumbar lordosis After that i had an mri of spine and in that it was mentioned as Sacral assimilation of L5 Measurements were L4-l5-18.1mm L5-s1-17.0mm
