I am at the age of 19 and I am facing the problem of bow legs. How can i get them in proper shape

My mom has polio from childhood. Now she has gained weight and falls down while walking sometimes. Her polio related leg cant withold weight. She has to take support and walk many times.

Hi, My left index finger was hit by Tennis ball while playing cricket on 26 may. I applied ice and pain relief spray but nothing worked. My finger is swelled and it is paining when doing any movement. What should I do??

I am unable to rotate my hand freely,as while doing pushups i injured my shoulder and its paining. I did MRI as prescribed by doctor and it concluded as follows 1)Mild lateral downsloping type 1 acromion causing mild narrowing of supraspinatus outlet and impinging on supraspinatus tendon. 2)Mild tendinosis in the distal supraspinatus tendon near insertion consitent with tendinosis. 3)No evidence of rotator cuff tear noted at present 4)Mild fluid in the subacromial subdeltoid bursa. So i consulted doctor and he suggested me tendoheal and physiotherapy. But its been a month and no improvement.

Suddenly left shoulder sprain starts. Is it a nerve problem or joints/muscle problem to cause a shoulder sprain frequently?

I had a metal rod implant fixed in my femur bone to fix my fracture two years ago. I recently had a surgery for the implant removal. In my case out of the 4 screws which was fixed 2 in the hip & the other 2 on my knee...1 of the screw from my knee was half broken due to which the doctor said that the rod can't be removed as the half screw got stuck in the rod and while pulling out the rod that half nail comes and stucks in between hence blocking the movement of the rod further. Any solution?

I feel like that no energy in hand and while playing cricket can't throw ball, sometimes hand vibrating automatically.

While walking on road my leg fall in pit and my ankle got twisted as result it has been paining since long .I did MRI and report of MRI i am attaching with this post.Please help me with proper treatment.

I'm 3 weeks post op from a elbow dislocation surgery. Everything was torn, muscles tendons ligaments and my artery. The surgery harvest a artery from my leg into my elbow. I am trying to gain back my range of motion but my elbow is stuck. It doesnt feel like a tightness or anything but everytime I try to straighten my arm the inside of my elbow hurts and it's stuck. It's like there somethin blocking the bone. Is this normal or should I raise it up?

Facing severe pain on right arm shoulder joint, pain intensifies when I lift arm upwards. Which doctor shall I consult.
