Stamina for running
Hello sir.. I miss trying to running for a distance,but at that moment I got tired... And I unable to run from long.. So please give me suggestion to improve my stamina for running...

daily training is required to increase stamina. take lots of water and remain hydrated during exercise and cardio training

U have to train slowly for stamina Take good diet and do yoga and pranayama
